can i get a little HELP around here?!

Your : customer service is dead : Box

why is customer service dead? profit-driven businesses make poor hiring decisions, pay low, and fail to fully train employees. combine this with a struggling economy, and there you have it! the death of customer service.

what can you do? buy from small businesses. buy handmade goods. put pressure on big retailers by pursuing instances of poor customer service. and don't forget! blog about it.

: customer service is dead : is a vehicle for sharing your stories, your progress, your victories. feel free to post details of your poor customer service experience with the big box retailers. tell us what you're doing to pursue it. share your conscious decisions about buying from the little guy.

let's band together and demand the resurrection of customer service! Say it loud and proud, friends: HELL NO, WE WON'T HOLD!
